YouTube has become the first to release its first Recap feature. Although the video platform has provided its users with a music and video gaming recap of the nature of Spotify Wrapped in previous three years, it has redesigned the feature to provide an expanded insight into a complete watch history over the past year
YouTube Recap is currently available to the North American users, and it will be rolled out to the remaining world during the week. These are the ways of locating your 2025 YouTube Recap.
The app or the website requires you to have a YouTube account to find your personalized YouTube Recap. From there, tao on the ‘,You’re tab. Below your profile information, there is a button that has the banner showing that your recap is here.
As per YouTube, the Recap option has been a high demand among the users. It is not a mere list of the music you have listened to during the last year but it is more of a summary of the types of videos you have watched. This, regardless of having spent much time watching baking shows, unboxing videos, or daily vlogs, the Recap will classify you into one of at least 11 personality types.
