Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt have welcomed their first child, referring to her as a ‘perfect angel’

New parents are comedian Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt. Their eldest child has been born. Their daughter was born on the 12th of December 2025. The couple also told her name, saying that they had given her the name of the late father of Davidson. The good news was posted on Instagram by Hewitt. This is a crucial time in the lives of the couple.

Pete Davidson, Saturday Night Live (SNL) alumnus, and Elsie Hewitt are already parents. After Hewitt, the girlfriend of Davidson, announced that she was pregnant, she delivered the first child in the couple in July 2025. Hewitt, sharing the news in the Instagram post, affirmed it on Thursday (December 18, 2025). She posted several pictures depicting her and Davidson with their newborn child, with a comment, “Our perfect angel girl arrived 12/12/2025.”

The 29-year-old model and actress also disclosed that the couple has given their baby girl the name Scottie Rose Hewitt Davidson in honour of the fact that Davidson had a dad who was a firefighter by the name of Scott, who perished during the September 11 terrorist attacks (9/11 attacks). 

“My best work yet, I am absolutely overflowing with love and gratitude and disbelief,” she added. As for Pete, he added, “Wu Tang Forever.”

Hewitt, who is 29, first shared the news of her pregnancy on Instagram in July 2025, saying, “welp now everyone knows we had sex,” the actress wrote on the post, which also featured the footage of an ultrasound appointment.

Davidson then talked about the headlines in an interview on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. Page six reported that the comedian was enthusiastic to inform the audience that he had always aspired to have a baby. He added: “Everything else doesn’t really matter anymore.”

Pete told E! News he felt “very lucky and very, very happy” about becoming a dad, and that he was eager to “take care of something and show it the childhood I didn’t have.”

“I assume you just try to give them what you didn’t have,” he explained, “and what you didn’t like, not do it .”
