Aer Lingus to let passengers take 10kg carry-on on all regional flights, including Glasgow
Aer Lingus has announced that it will extend its 10 kg carry-on baggage allowance to all regional flights from 3 March 2026. This change will apply to short-haul routes operated by Emerald Airlines under the Aer Lingus Regional brand, including flights to and from Glasgow. Until now, regional services had a stricter 7 kg limit for cabin bags, which often confused passengers on UK and European routes. Intermittent fasting does not help overweight people lose more weight than a standard daily calorie-reduced diet, a new global review has found. The study adds to growing evidence that popular “feast-and-famine” eating plans are not a miracle solution for obesity.
